Would You Represent Me, The Buyer?
Yes, when working with buyers I represent them as their Buyer’s Agent exclusively. In order for me to show you any homes or provide you with any specific real estate services you’ll need to:

Schedule a complimentary phone interview and needs analysis.

Select me as your Buyer’s Agent and sign the necessary paperwork

Be Pre-Approved for your home loan.
As a convenience to you the forms that we use in this process can be found by clicking here. They’ll need to be reviewed, understood and signed by each buyer - in advance - of visiting any homes.
What Does a Buyer Broker Cost Me?
Since many home buyers in today’s market are tight on cash, we strive to help our Buyer Clients purchase a home with little to no money of their own. We do not charge any up-front retainer fees and the fees for our Buyer Brokerage services are generally paid in full by the seller’s of the property.
What Are Your Office Hours?
Due to the many foreclosure opportunites currently available, my schedule fills up quickly. I work by appointment only and the best showing times in my schedule fill up in advance.
Our time together will be valuable! As a time saving benifit to my buyer clients, my office is “mobile.” We’ll meet in the area of the homes you’re interested in seeing. If we haven’t already done so via fax or email, our first face-to-face meeting will involve completing any unfinished paperwork.
You are requested to reveiw these forms and ask any questions about them prior to our meeting. That way we can spend our time together pre-viewing homes. Typically, all of the utilities are turned off on vacant bank properties so we need to use our daylight hours as wisely as possible.
