This Foreclosure Home Buyer’s Resource - ”Forms” - is provided to give our future clients a “jump start” on their home buying experience.  Remember, BEING PREPARED puts you in the best negotiating position when a home that matches your needs hits the market. 

If you haven’t already done so, please read “Steps to a GREAT DEAL” and “How It Works” before  checking out these forms.  Then, take a few minutes to get familiar with these forms.  They are in PDF format so you may save them and access them on the go. 

If you are ”just looking” and are not yet serious about your house hunting experience you are under no obligation to sign anything.  However, in order for me to show you any homes or provide you with any specific home buying advice each of these forms will need to be understood and signed by each buyer in advance.
